My replies to your query is as under;

 

1)         how are you downloading ( whether free or otherwise ) / purchase from the market / purchase through internet shopping/

           

            Through online payment / internet shopping. The app is not free. It is downloadable at a cost. (Free means zero tax).

 

2)         Do you sell the application again or retained by you?

 

            No. It is not sold by the buyer of the app…. It only resides in the mobile of the buyer.

 

3)         How is the payment effected and collected if it is sold?

            As in (a) above.
