Use of C Forms for Setting up a Plant

Dear Esteemed Professional Collegues

 

I have a querry with regards to use of C forms for setting up a Plant.

 

Why can’t Cement and Steel can be procured on C forms basis for setting up a plant and Mechinery.

 

Cement and Steel are used for structural foundation of Heavy Mechinery which is used in process of manufacturing of Finished taxable goods of that plant.

 

Can u thru your views on the above subject.
