Hello All-

As you may know, the Standard Reference Form used for internship application is developed by CCTC. This has continued to be an evolving process over the past several years. This newest version does NOT reflect any substantive change in content but is different in format. It is hoped this revision will make these letters become more streamlined, focused on the trainee (vs. supervisor) and more user friendly for both the letter writer and letter reader. The SRF committee put together alongside liaisons from CUDCP, NCSPP and CCPTP have put together a short video to help address these changes for letter writers.

Please distribute to your respective councils. We are hoping this can reach as many letter writers as possible.
