REF: MEDIA INVITATION TO COVER 300 PEOPLE FROM PAILIN VISITING S-21 AND ECCC

Dear everyone,
Tuesday, 16th November 2010, 300 people from Pailin will visit S-21for the first time since the former Khmer Rouge soldiers and civilians defected and integrated into the Cambodian society. They will arrive at S-21 around 8 a.m. in the morning. They are brought to S-21 by the Public Affairs Section of the ECCC with their request when we met them in September this year at a Public Forum. This is part of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal Study Tour Program organized by the ECCC. After touring S-21, they will visit the ECCC where they will ask the court officers lot of question about the ECCC before heading back in the afternoon.
We would like to invite you to cover this event either at the S-21 or at the ECCC.
