Dear Sisters,

I created this spreadsheet for you to sign up the date you would like to open your house and host our sister's gathering. By this way you can avoid the date that you have other activities that conflict with the meeting. And you may have some extra time to get ready in case you want to hide the mess and present a better view of your home (like me). We can signup for the recent few months only as sometime it's hard to predict the schedule several month later. If some unexpected things pop up and you are not able to keep the date, just give us a heads up and we can ask around who can be the backup.

It is, right now. If you feel like we can have the meeting at night if that day happen to be school break, just propose it here so that we can have a discuss.
