My time here, US Red Cross, Military, Amateur Radio, Civil Defense, ... forces the question:  as poor as rural America (USA) is at building crisis Internets, I'll guess most of the world has a more difficult time tryng to set up a venue with WiFi outside major cities.  Haiti. I have heard, was pretty fortunate to have a lot of network and imported networks.

The question?  Yes, what can we help bring together a satellite van or lesser equivalent?  I have had nearly NO feedback to my Crisis Telcom pages.  http://wiki.crisiscommons.org/wiki/Communications#Telecomms_Team

IDEAS?  Could help CrisisCamp in a box.
