Are you gardening during the pandemic - creating schedules? Are there gardener worries for health?

Are gardeners feeling safe?  How has this affected your well-being as workdays are hard or just impossible; fewer can be in the garden together.  How is it creating stress? As of Thursay May 7 community gardens in the parks joined those NeighborSpace gardens that were already growing.  

Do community gardeners have any sense of well-being during this pandemic?

Hi! I joined this group for 2 reasons.  I live in a community that is *considering* starting a community garden. How would they do this? What can they learn from others who are running their gardens?  

The 2nd reason I joined is because I am an avid home veggie gardener and I want to stay on top of community composting options in the area in case the food scrap collections need to change due to the pandemic and haulers needing to pivot their operations.  

I feel safe, but as I mentioned, I support the community gardening community and at the same time, I am new to this community.  I am here to learn more about options for others.

What community do you live in?  We can help you get started - from a distance now unfortunately, but there is a lot you can do for this at home!
