The aim of the CCF Climate Change Group is to facilitate information
exchange on climate change issues and work within the Cambridge
Conservation Forum. It addresses the expected impacts of climate
change on biodiversity and climate change mitigation measures
(including reduction and adaptation measures). Scientific, socio-
economic, legal and policy related issues are covered, from local to
global scales.

This group will allow members to communicate with one another.
Initially, those people who expressed interest in joining the CCF
climate change group will be signed up; anyone else may apply to join.
As this group is not moderated, only members can post. The default
setting is for users to receive no more than one summary message a
day, but individuals can change this to view only on the web, or to
receive messages whenever they are sent.

The group is especially intended for conservation organisations in the
Cambridge (UK) area, but the archives are open to any reader. Example
topics might include events, vacancies, or debates.
