Greetings !

As per our fruitful meeting on 14/07/2017 at 3.00 p.m. in the office of undersigned, herewith I am
forwarding the final guidelines for conducting the sessional/remedial sessional examination for your
kind reference and necessary actions. The format for sessional examination and MCQ test is also
attached for your ready reference.

1. It is required to follow strictly the guidelines and question paper formats.
2. Convey the necessary information to your staff members and follow the same accordingly.
3. No change in sessional examination pattern for P. G. students.
4. Convey the paper style (sessional examination and MCQ test both) and timings to the students
well in advance.
5. Also convey the distribution of marks of sessional examination (20+05+05 = 30 Marks) to the
students well in advance.
6. Sessional examination will start from 03/08/2017, so do preparation accordingly. Schedule will be
send you soon.
7. Arrange the Mid semester term work submission from 24/07/2017 to 29/07/2017 and submit the status of
the same on last day.
