Chinese corner calligraphy teaching

Hi All,
capt at uva calligraphy department plans to hold an activity at Chinese Corner to teach Chinese learners to use Chinese brush to write Chinese characters.
Would next Thursday (Apr 7th) be good for this event?
Fei, how much are we left for activities? If there's still some, I'd like to buy some souvenirs or materials depending on the amount of money.

I think we left $40 in our funds and around $134 in our dontaions. But have you ever asked CSSS? I think these qualify their requirement and can be reimbursed by their fund. I will contact Ji and Yuxiang

I do not remember how many times we used the faculty entertainment funds, Song Fei, I think you have a record of it.  If I remember correctly:

Chen 100
Bao 200
Liang 300
Tseng 200
Zhao 100

Please let me know if this is correct.

By the way, I do not even remember if Zhao and Tseng gave me the money--I think not, and they cannot remember at all, this was all before I returned to Taiwan.  

So can I keep the donation now to offset those amount?

Brush and paper definitely qualifies for CSSS type of expense, let us get CSSS to pay for those.
