Dear Fei Song,

I'm happy to inform you that you have been approved for your event, Chinese Corner,  for the amount of $700

A number of steps are required for College Council to process a co-sponsorship funding request:

1. Submission of a preapproval form. This form should be submitted before expenditures are made so that College Council officers can verify the proposed expenses are permitted under our funding restrictions. This form but it can also be found on the College Council website- www.ascuva.com

2. Submission of either a personal reimbursement or vendor payment request. College Council can reimburse expenses made by individuals (with original receipts) or pay outstanding invoices. These forms can be found on our website.

3. Completion of the co-sponsorship survey, also on the site. This form is used to evaluate future requests.

Sincerely,
 Leilani Brower
Co-Sponsorship Chair
