First things first, WELCOME BACK TO CHARLOTTESVILLE, Xiaopu!
Also I already finished the application for the pair-up program for both Chinese students and volunteers and I will send you the forms in another two e-mails. (That's the only way it works...) Please take a look at it and tell me what you think of it (grammar, phrasing, and the question itself).
