@ Kan and Yue,  have you gotten your money back from ASC?

I think we'd better square up our account before we leave.

I have met Dean Yu with Tingting this Wednesday, and he agreed to support $500 for next semester. But he prefer we order pizza directly, he thought maybe some variations is accepted by the students who takes Chinese. But he said it's OK if we still want to order food from Ming Dynasty and give receipts back to him to get reimburse. So I would like to hear what do you think.

@Tingting, we need to give him a proposal. How about doing this after finals but before we leave?

@Yue, he mentioned maybe we could write our expectations for native students in our weekly announcement. Also maybe we could make some posters or a facebook homepage. (CSSS can reimburse the costs for print I think)

How do you think about the above ideas? I am welcome to all kinds of suggestions!

Also I am just wondering if we could hold our lovely dinner every Thursday at Nau next semester?

Pizza is good idea. For Nau Hall, 1. Food allowed or not? 2. Check with Laoshi Men first to fit Chinese department needs.

Good luck,
Haiyang

Hello everyone,

I believe we should still have most of our food supply from Ming Dynasty, as we are also getting funding from ASC and we are presenting Chinese Corner as both a language and a culture gathering. But if the budget was too tight, one or two pizza will do.

As for the reimbursement, I haven't received anything from ASC yet. Yue, I would suggest that we go directly to ASC office some time next week and get this matter settled then and there.

Thanks for the splendid work everyone offered for the past semester, and I'm honored to have been working with you all.

Good luck studying for your finals!
