Clinical Notes documents for 2015 Cures

Hi,

We have seen additional Clinical Notes documents for 2015 Cures update that are not in C-CDA IG such as
•    Imaging Narrative
•    Laboratory Report Narrative

•    Pathology Report Narrative

I was wondering if is there any specs for those document types? There was also a discussion at the IA meeting that some documents are not required if we use Clinical Note section in a document. Can someone clarify that for me please?
