The best place to look up the conformance constraints associated with a templateID is in the HL7 Consolidated CDA Implementation Guide. The standards are found here using the Family of CDA: http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/product_matrix.cfm?ref=nav

There also is a good website for newcomers to CDA here: http://www.cdapro.com/
