github release of cdadiet early prototype

I've released on github an early prototype of cdadiet, which is a python based cda processing tool for generating rdf, json, and other formats from cda based documents. Here's the link:

I'm hoping there might be interested volunteers to help finish it off. 

I'm going to be talking about it on our CCR/CCD call tonight.
