Good Script

CCR Validation service shows 'HTTP Status 500' error, while uploading
the files to
http://utility.cchit.org:8081/ValidationService-1.0/

Same file shows successful validation on "health vault" verification.
http://developer.healthvault.com/pages/types/types.aspx

Anyone knows the issue.

I got the pass result, when I had changed the encoding to UTF-16 . It is on FF browser, however not in IE and Chrome.
