I am glad somebody is talking about it. ONC seems to have their head in the
ground with these new patient portal requirements for stage II. I have
written (with no response, of course) asking about having OPT IN for patient
portals as an option and OPT IN will be close to impossible to satisfy the MU
requirements for numbers of patients both with available data and accessing
it..
