Important changes to the trac repository

I cleaned up the trac repository for the project.

These are the most important changes:

The OHUM directory has been merged into the main directory
(incidentally, nobody from OHUM ever committed to the OHUM directory!
I made a complete check of the log file before merging. I have
incorporated their routines from the KIDS builds they made though.)

In the main directory, documentation has been cleaned up as well as
the KIDS files. Only the most recent KIDS file is there now. The KIDS
file name is now CCD-CCR_GENERATION_UTILITIES_1P2.KID

There is a tag for the 1.2 version.

The official place to download the latest version is the tag directory:
https://trac.opensourcevista.net/svn/ccr/tags/CCD-CCR_GENERATION_UTILITIES_1P2/

The root of the trac repo hasn't changed. It's still
https://trac.opensourcevista.net/svn/ccr/.

In the same vein, I would like to add that the T designation on the
KIDS build of the Quality Measures is removed.

A tag folder for the 1.0 version has been created for Quality Measures.
