FYI -
Mark's edits for the Introduction edits. We agreed (Nick pending)
today that the identifier represented by the <atom:link> element in
the Atom feed is sufficient as an identifier in teh sense of the PCAST
metadata requirements. Additional demographics can be transported by
getting to the base URL and resolving patientinformation.
