I generally do my apartment searches on
padmapper.com. It gives you a
good idea of the location of the apartment (useful if you'd prefer to
live in a particular area) and it gets info from a lot of apartment
listing sites. You can check the "sublet" box if you're fine with a
sublet (and those are of course short-term). There's no easy way to
filter out short-term leases on the site, but it links to the original
posting which will generally have more information on lease terms,
etc.
