Hey guys,

I've been searching around town for apartments that do short term
leases and I have only found two

Spain Gardens
Wyoming Place

If you have any suggestions for an apartment please post it, I'm sure
it'll help others as well.

Mirabella Heights does short term leases, but last time I checked, they were full for the summer.  You can call and find out if there are any openings.

A few of us are living in Oak Tree Park Apts for the summer on a 3 month lease.

Cheers,
Nina

Here's a google spreadsheet of apartment information from when I was
apartment hunting a couple months ago. I was mostly looking at the NE
heights, so most of the apts are there. There's a fair number of
places that do short term leases, the trick is finding them. Did you
try to the CCD google site?

I live in Spain Gardens on a 3mo lease.

I generally do my apartment searches on padmapper.com. It gives you a
good idea of the location of the apartment (useful if you'd prefer to
live in a particular area) and it gets info from a lot of apartment
listing sites. You can check the "sublet" box if you're fine with a
sublet (and those are of course short-term). There's no easy way to
filter out short-term leases on the site, but it links to the original
posting which will generally have more information on lease terms,
etc.
