4th of July Weekend - Second Option: 1st of July Party

Not to cut into the idea of the Roswell trip, but I'm going to have a
bit of a bbq at my place, probably Friday (just as easily changed to
Saturday if requested enough). I have a reasonably nice enclosed
backyard with a fire pit and grill, so I was thinking standard grill-
out fare + smores and I'll have some drinks available. Anyone would be
welcome to bring something themselves, of course.


Picking a time out of a hat, I might say:

Hooray, BBQ!  David and I will bring veggie burgers (because David is lame) and a six-pack or maybe french fries.  Suggestions are also welcome!  I don't know how much food you have, but we're happy to bring whatever.

Friday at 8 seems kind of late; what about Saturday at 6?  Thoughts?  Either time works for us...

I just got back home, sorry its a late reply. It's my fault for
announcing it out so close to the event, but now its a little late to
change to Saturday. However, I'm fine with making it earlier Friday. I
think the best I can do is 7 (I have to grab some of the more
perishable grilling items after work)

Is that better?
