June 26 ride plans

Let's try the same ride that was rained out last week. A couple of riders didn't know the ride was canceled--sorry! If we wait until the last minute to see if rain will stay away, I'll send an email by 7am Sunday with a phone number to verify the ride is on, and also update the ride page.
We are riding from New Richmond, up to East Fork Lake, then through Bethel and Laurel OH. After the climb up from the Ohio River valley, there's some nice country roads with small roller hills, and a few short, but steep climbs.
There's two speed groups this week. We have our usual 14 mph average group, going about 16 mph on the flats. And we'll have a 15 mph average group, around 18 mph on the flats.
Some riders may stop at The Landing Restaurant after the ride. They have a deck overlooking the Ohio River. Or the Front Street Cafe has a patio in back and tables on the sidewalk.
