Basic Skills Committee Makeup

Dear Senate Presidents:

 

We are looking at establishing a formal committee structure for a college Basic Skills Committee.  If you have a committee structure that works for your college, can you share it ?  Also, any information regarding who chairs the committee, committee charge, bylaws, etc. would be useful.
