Hi, Cherise,

Here at the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, we're currently engaged in the process of developing DEI requirements that align with the principles put forward by the Chancellor's Office, as, insofar as we're aware, they aren't being enforced at the state level in any meaningful way (not to mention the litigation that they immediately fell victim to). 

If you want to know about the process, I'm happy to share what we're currently working on, but we're still developing a draft of language to then present to our Faculty Union. Our timeline is somewhere in late '24, maybe early '25, given the rate we're going.
