Ethnic Studies Graduation Requirement

Hi all,

Now that the BOG approved the change to sec. 55063, which added the ethnic studies graduation requirement for all associate degrees, has anyone heard when it will take effect?  It hasn’t been posted yet by the Office of Administrative Law and districts that don’t have local ethnic studies requirements won’t have the new state requirement in the current catalog.  I was wondering what you all are hearing.
