Proposal submissions for Cal OER 2026 are due today, May 26, 2026!
On behalf of the Cal OER Organizing Committee, we invite you to present at the sixth annual Cal OER Conference, held virtually on July 29-31, 2026. This event is open to everyone, so we hope you will attend and consider presenting. The theme for the 2026 conference is Exploring the Open Frontier: AI and Emerging Technologies in OER.
- Anna Mills (Marin College): "Open's strength is human relationships: Let's draw on that to navigate AI and use it with restraint and transparency.”
- Joel Glad (College of Western Idaho): "After the Chatbot era: How OER Creators can meet the Agentic AI moment"
