The deadline to submit is February 6.

Florida OER Summit 2026 will be held virtually on Wednesday and Thursday, May 20 - 21, 2026. The theme of this year's summit is "OER Understood the Assignment." Join librarians, instructors, students, instructional designers, and Open Education Resources
(OER) professionals from across Florida and beyond as we explore how OER, through continuous improvement, meets the financial and pedagogical needs of students, past, present, and future.

The Planning Committee will deliver decisions by February 25, 2026. Invited presenters will be asked to accept or decline the invitation to present by February 27, 2026. Please note that all presenters will need to register (free) for the Summit.
