Quality Matters has a variety of courses which can also lead to a Higher Ed Teaching Online certificate. The courses I have taken from them have been excellent.

This course blends theoretical knowledge with practical insights, ensuring participants not only understand AI concepts but also learn how to apply them effectively in their careers.
