The Open Education Network is currently accepting applications for Executive Director. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership, management, and oversight of OEN program activities, while establishing and maintaining key relationships with external partners, members, and UMN colleagues.
The Executive Director will have the opportunity to lead a vibrant community and membership organization dedicated to advancing the use of open educational resources and practices in higher education. This person will also expand support for sponsored scholarly activity.
Candidate qualifications include proven leadership experience in nonprofit, academic, or open education sectors, as well as a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges of open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open educational practices.
