The 2025 OEGlobal Tour— takes place from October 14 to 17! This special 4-day online event is a unique opportunity to bask in the experiences, insights, and innovations of Open Education with other open educators in our vibrant and diverse global community.
As part of this inaugural tour, 60 open educators from eight regions will lead us through five engaging sessions, showcasing the spirit and impact of Open Education worldwide. These Scenic View live sessions are thoughtfully curated by Open Education Global (OEGlobal)'s staff and board members to explore the opportunities, challenges, and future directions shaping our field.

Each session features lively panel discussions with open educators sharing their inspired experiences, exchanging transformative insights, and inspiring us all with their visionary ideas. Additionally, there will be snapshots of innovative Open Education projects, including nominations from the prestigious 2025 OEAwards.

On October 17 at 17:00 UTC (in your timezone) the OEGlobal Tour will culminate in a celebration of global innovation with the 2025 Open Education Awards for Excellence Winners Ceremony—a spectacular moment to honor outstanding open contributions from educators worldwide.
