The DOERS Innovation Workgroup invites contributions to a forthcoming anthology
of case studies on the intersections of generative AI (GenAI) and open educational resources (OER). The goal of this project is to showcase the ways open education communities are engaging with GenAI to support student success and innovation, while also
acknowledging ethical and practical tensions and roadblocks alongside discussions about how to mitigate these concerns.
To that end, we welcome perspectives from individuals or working teams of faculty, instructional designers, librarians, administrators, and other higher education leaders. Projects can represent a variety of institutions, organizations, disciplines, and populations
including higher education system, statewide, provincial, and consortial contexts.
DOERS seeks abstracts of around 350 words for potential case studies by 01/31/2025. Case study authors will be compensated for their work and all accepted submissions will be peer reviewed.
For more details and a link for abstract submission, see the full Call for Authors.
