List(s) of colleges and adoptions using OER for Precalculus

Hello, apologies for cross-post.

A math faculty member contacted me looking for "a list of colleges that use OER for precalculus and the texts they use." I am not aware the existence of any such comprehensive list but figured I would ask if there's one out there that anyone knows of! I have already searched OpenOregon's list and would be interested in other state- or consortia-specific lists if you have one.

Hi Megan,

This is a bit different than what the instructor is asking for, but they may find the American Institute of Mathematics' list of approved open textbooks useful: https://aimath.org/textbooks/.

There are 2 precalculus books on the OER list. AIM also shares the evaluation criteria.

Hi Megan,

Here's a collection for what we use a lot in the CA community college system for precalculus, AKA Math 155.

You can also send your faculty my way, if you like. I've been using the OpenStax and MyOpenMath homework system for precalculus for the last five years. I'm glad to answer any concerns or questions for them.
