Introducing LibreStudio from LibreTexts, a free and open platform for creating H5P

You may have heard of H5P - it’s an open source plugin for creating web-based interactive learning activities. LibreTexts is thrilled to be introducing LibreStudio: our new platform to discover, create, and collaboratively author OER using H5P.
Built in collaboration with Learnful.io, this platform provides California educators (and all LibreNet members) a free and open platform to create and publish H5P.
LibreStudio leverages the open source H5P plugin by Joubel to provide educators an online space to discover, co-author, remix, and curate OER. Since its beta launch earlier in 2022, Studio has grown substantially and now houses over 8000 openly licensed interactive modules, over 40 curated collections of OER, and nearly 400 educators actively participating from over 50 institutions.
California educators are invited to register for their free account using their institutional email address. Please register using the Registration Code: FreeTheTextbook
LibreStudio is available for free to all educators and all LibreNet consortium members.
