Dear Colleagues,

We are attempting to reach instructors who teach foundational-level mechanical engineering courses (e.g. Statics/Dynamics/Mechanics, but not limited to that — sometimes listed as Physics courses) at 2- and 4-year institutions.

Will you kindly assist us in forwarding this message to instructors of mechanical engineering courses? Please contact me with any questions.

Thank you,
Anita

This message is for instructors of foundational-level mechanical engineering courses (commonly known as but not limited to statics/dynamics/mechanics some of which are listed as physics courses).

We are undertaking some research to better understand instructor perceptions and practices regarding course materials -- in addition to the use of open educational resources. You do not need to have used or know anything about OER to take this survey.

We have created a TWO MINUTE SURVEY to gather your feedback, which will enable us to plan future research, feedback opportunities, and workshops.

Thank you for your assistance. Please contact me with any questions.

Best wishes,

Anita Walz
