Equip Your NP Students for Clinical Success

As an instructor, you know that mastering the “3Ps”—Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, and Physical Assessment—is essential, but integration is what truly defines clinical readiness. Be Prepared for Your Nurse Practitioner Clinical Readiness Exam was designed with this exact goal in mind: helping NP students move from knowledge acquisition to confident clinical decision-making through detailed case studies and review questions.

The text includes dedicated sections for each foundational domain:

  • Pathophysiology

  • Pharmacology

  • Physical Assessment

…followed by integrated, summative cases that challenge students to connect all three—mirroring how clinical decisions are made in practice.

Purposefully aligned with the expectations of clinical readiness assessments, this resource gives students targeted practice with review questions and applied scenarios, helping reduce anxiety and improve performance.
