Dear Colleages?
Going to OpenEd Conference this year? If so, we have the perfect satellite pre-meeting with this year’s OctoberFest workshop. For the first time since 2019, it will be held in-person on October 27 at the historic St. Cajetan’s (St. Cajetan's - Auraria Campus) in the heart of the Metropolitan State University (MSU) campus in downtown Denver, CO.
Looking for an introduction to adapting, remixing, or editing content with LibreTexts? Curious about our ADAPT open homework and assessment platform? Want to learn what the Forge is all about? OctoberFest is a great place to start! The workshop will run from 9-4 and will include a light breakfast and lunch. Educators from all local institutions, as well those attending the OpenEd Conference–just a 20 minute walk from St. Cajetan’s–are welcome to join us.
Registration is free and can be found here: LibreCommons.
Additional details and an official schedule are forthcoming.
Many thanks to our partners, MSU, for hosting! We can’t wait to see you in-person in October!
