The Division of Student Success and Institutional Partnerships at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board is excited to announce the full program schedule for the fourth Digital Learning Summit. The virtual conference will be held Tuesday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The agenda reveals two days of innovative sessions and collaborative opportunities aligned with our theme, The Power of Practice – Transforming Experience into Innovation.
