Good afternoon!

I’m hoping to develop a survey for the authors whose projects/textbooks we have published. It would be part “final report” for their funded projects and part feedback on the program and the support they got throughout the process.

I would love to learn what types of questions you ask along those lines. Do you have any examples? I would be happy to compile and share with the group!
