Hello Open Education Friends,

We just emailed our CCCOER Fall 2026 Newsletter to our member institutions, and we're sharing it here too - because we know inboxes get crowded and important updates can slip through and not be shared with everyone involved with Open!

Even if you're not a CCCOER member, you're warmly invited to take a look and explore the latest community news, events, and opportunities to connect. You can also subscribe! Please share with your colleagues and local and regional networks as you deem appropriate.

This edition of the newsletter includes:

• Upcoming Webinars
• Sept- Open Exchange: Adaptation or “Sanitization”? The Freedoms and Responsibilities of Open
• Oct- Choosing National Priorities for Open Education: Listening Session
• Dec- The American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U), OER, & Community Colleges
• Meet the Members & From the Community - we want to hear from you!
• Meet CCCOER's Executive Council and committee members
• From the Director
• OEGlobal Conference
• CCCOER member presentations
• CCCOER & Friends Social in Cambridge, MA (Save the date!)
• ICYMI (In Case You Missed It)

As always, thank you for being part of our community. Whether you are a member, attend webinars, read blog posts, or post to the CCCOER Google Group/Listserv- let’s keep sharing, supporting, and learning together.

Warmly,
Heather
