Hello Colleagues,

On behalf of the Cal OER Organizing Committee, we invite you to register for the sixth annual Cal OER Conference, held virtually on July 29-31, 2026. This event is open to everyone, so we hope you will attend and consider presenting. The theme for the 2026 conference is Exploring the Open Frontier: AI and Emerging Technologies in OER. 

Our keynote speakers will be Anna Mills from the College of Marin (LinkedIn profile) and Joel Gladd from the College of Western Idaho (LinkedIn profile).

Cal OER will focus on OER efforts and impact, broadly defined, across the state of California and especially across the state’s three public higher education systems, the California Community Colleges, the California State University, and the University of California.
