European Report in Professional Development For Teachers in Vocational Education

For anyone interested in a perspective in vocational/occupational education in Europe, I came across this rather comprehensive report on PD in regions in Europe from the European Training Foundation:

Continuing professional development of vocational teachers and trainers in the Western Balkans and Turkey

This arose in email conversations with colleagues in Egypt interested as well in advancing adult/vocational education.

Of course, CCCOER came to mind for deep experience in this area. If anyone is interested in global perspectives and where open education obviously fits in, please let me know.
