ISO of OER for Sports Law course

This is probably a long shot. I have searched around and haven’t found anything.  

 

I’m helping a faculty member find OER for a lower level (200) course on Sports Law.

 

Course Description:  Explains a coach’s legal responsibilities in easy to understand terms and gives practical advice for recognizing and improving standards of care and safety for athletes. Ideas and examples of report forms for specific areas are shared.

 

Competencies:

• Students will identify the duties they must perform in coaching.
• Students will develop plans to implement the 7 legal duties of coaching.
• Students will identify areas of negligence in supervision, planning, safe environments, evaluating players for injury and equality and emergency medical plans.
• Students will know the responsibilities and risks of coaching.
• Students will be able to communicate with parents, students, and administrators.
