Experience with Community College - Open Learning Initiative Project

Dear CCCOER Advisory Group --
Are any of your colleges participating in the Community College - Open Learning Initiative (CC-OLI ) project with Carnegie Mellon University. If so, please let me know as we would like to have a webinar this fall where we feature the CC-OLI project and the great work that has been done over the last few years. This may also open up opportunities for colleges who have not previously participated.

We have an HCC faculty member, Carol Laman, that is piloting a course this semester --- In fact we are still trying to get it integrated into our LMS. Not as "easy as pie".

Thanks for sharing that … would be great to get Carol Laman to share her experiences after she has completed the semester and hope the LMS integration is quickly resolved :-)!
