Hello All,

 

I want to first thank everyone for their interest in participating in the first ever CCCM ToT to be held in Nepal.

 

Before we get to the beginning of the training, there are many documents and preparation activities that will be needed to be addressed prior to your arrival.

 

  1. Confirmation of your attendance (participants list is attached)  Please send me directly your personal email account if it is not included.  Supervisors, please ensure that the staff you have attending the training are informed and receive this email as soon as possible.  Everyone must confirm their participation by Friday CoB.  Please fill out the participant list attached with your correct details.
  2. If you have not already sent me your reply regarding the student questionnaire, please forward me the attached document with your inputs and information
  3. Pre-reading materials.  Prior to the training, you will be required to read the materials attached here. 
    1. CCCM Framework
    2. CM Toolkit Chapter 1, 2
    3. IASC Guidance Note on the Cluster Approach
  4. Welcome Letter.  In the coming days a Logistics Note and Agenda will forwarded to all of you regarding admin issues related to the training.

 

Please as an URGENT request, send me all of your complete contact details per participant.
