Pink Slip Duplication

Dear All,

 

CCCM has analysed the current Koshi IDP database and cross checked the information with the Sunsari CDO office to determine where pink slip cards have been duplicated. The duplication of pink slips was also noted during the winter clothing distribution conducted with the assistance of NRCS.

 

 

CCCM has produced 3 reports to highlight where pink slip duplication has taken place:

 

CDO office report on redistribution of lost cards

CCCM/NRCS winter clothing distribution fraud

Pink slips which have not been distributed to IDPs

 

CCCM recommends all organisations conducting distributions in the future make themselves familiar with these reports.
