Hello All,

 

It is with great pleasure to confirm the Shelter and Settlement Planning Training to be held in Kathmandu Nepal on the 31st of May to June 3rd.

 

Please find the attached documents for your perusal and information:

 

  1. Logistics Note:  everything you need to know about the training logistics
  2. Course schedule and information (to be forwarded soon)
  3. Participants List and contacts

 

Please send an email FINAL confirmation related to your participation by CoB Weds May 27th. 

 

Accommodation for this training will ONLY be for those staff living outside of the Kathmandu Valley. 

 

IOM will facilitate a shuttle service to and from Pulchowk (UN HOUSE) to the Gorkana Forest Lodge daily at 0730 and 1800 respectively.

Please note that the shelter training will be held at the Gorkana Forest Resort, not at the Ratna Hotel Biratnagar as indicated in the logistics note.
