Hello All,

 

I want to first thank you all for giving your input and confirming your participation in this very important part of the CCCM ToT we will be having next week.

 

To reiterate:

 

1. Venue:  TIU Engineering Campus (in front of the main building) 11^th June
2. Presenters should arrive at 0800 to set up the stands
3. IOM will provide tents, tables and chairs for everyone
4. Presentations will begin at 0900 and finish by 1100.
5. At 1100, we will present the certificates to the participants and close the training

 

The presentations:

 

The market place day is a time to show what each cluster does.  

 

The idea is that groups of participants will travel from tent to tent for a 20 minute presentation on each cluster.

 

Other members of the Government and so on will receive invitations to come and visit the market place as well.

 

Clusters are asked to provide some materials for distribution related directly to their cluster as well as when possible provide practical displays of work that they do.

 

You are all doing a great thing by helping us out.

 

I would like to schedule a meeting to finalize everything at the IASC meeting tomorrow if possible.

 

Please comment and give input where needed.
