CCCMB needs a new volunteer Treasurer

[CCCMB]

CCCMB is in need of a volunteer treasurer.  This only requires an average time commitment of several hours a month and attending one monthly meeting.  It could be the perfect task for someone who can’t or doesn’t want to do trail work, but would like to support CCCMB and the trails. This is an officer level position on the CCCMB Board of Directors.

Treasurer responsibilities include:

​Use 

QuickBooks for record keeping all donations, reimbursements, and invoices; produce monthly and annual financial reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet)
2. Pay bills

3. Do necessary reporting and record keeping for CCCMB's Federal and State tax responsibilities.
4. Interface with IMBA as needed regarding financial matters                                                
5. Regularly attend monthly CCCMB meetings 
6. Work in partnership with Membership and other committees as needed.
7. Arrange an audit or review of the financial operations of CCCMB on a yearly basis.                  
8. Generate and send thank you letters to donors as needed
