County Parks Fall Trailwork! Lopez and Santa Margarita Lakes in Oct & Nov

Fall is officially here and CCCMB has two upcoming County Parks trailwork days.

The first is this upcoming Sunday, Oct 21st, at 9AM at Lopez Lake. Please park at the Duna Vista Trailhead at the far back of the park, past the group campgrounds. A group will be hiking in and a group will be riding in, so if you want to be part of the ride-in trailwork group, feel free to bring your bike.

The second County Parks trailwork day of the fall will be held on Sunday Nov 11th at 8:30AM at Santa Margarita Lake. Please meet at the White Oak Day Use area. After the trailwork, lunch will be served courtesy of our friends at Atascadero Horesmen and SLOPOST, so you won't want to miss this one.

As always, dress appropriately for trailwork with long sleeves and pants, boots, gloves, hat, etc, and bring a snack and some water.

Our official fall/winter schedule will be coming out shortly, so keep an eye out. We've got a full season planned, including Fernandez Trail, MdO, and West Cuesta.
